The Deal
US Pediatric Partners announced on January 23, 2026 that it had partnered with Aspen Pediatrics, a Maryland-based pediatric management services organization. Terms were not disclosed. USPP said the transaction had closed in late December 2025 and that Aspen contributed seven pediatric offices in Maryland with about 45 pediatricians and advanced practice providers.
Context
Aspen is the clearest sign yet that USPP is trying to build a multistate pediatric MSO rather than only bolt on behavioral-health assets. The partnership gave USPP formal primary-care entry into Maryland, where BTST Services already provided behavioral-health capacity, and created a more coherent whole-child integration story in one state. It also signals that USPP is comfortable buying into physician-friendly MSO structures rather than only single practices.
